We only use reputable couriers to ship our products.
Currently we don’t ship products outside of the European Union (EU). However, we will do our best to include worldwide shipping.
You have the right to cancel your order, within 2 working days from the moment of submission. In this case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund provided you request a return within 5 working days of receiving your item. Your item must then be returned to us within 10 working days after you request a return.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging and all tags attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any monies returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow 5 working days once we receive your product for NNARI to process your return. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you are exchanging a product and the new item is of a lower amount we will refund the difference via your original payment method. If the new item is of a higher amount you will be informed via e-mail how to proceed to the payment of the price difference.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of return.
RETURN CHARGES & SHIPPING
Returns are free, only in case of faulty items. In all other cases it is on your charge and the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
When returning goods, please make sure that on the airbill and the package it is clearly stated ‘RETURNED GOODS. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE’. Any import taxes will be deducted from the final refund.
Please note, NNARI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) are missing shall be refused.

FAULTY ITEMS & REPAIRS
We offer a complimentary repair service for 6 months from the day you purchased if we define that the problem with the product has occurred not from ill-usage but with a fault either with production or with an element of the production and assembly process. Please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: General wear and tear will not be covered by this service and all complimentary repairs are at the discretion of NNARI.
If you have had a product for more than 12 months that requires a repair please follow the same process. We will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information about the cost of repair on how to proceed.
Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.
Our products are handmade, in small scale production, in order to guarantee the best quality. To make sure you get your favorite NNARI item, we offer you the option to purchase it before it comes back in stock. In addition, for some products it will be possible to order them earlier than the season for which they are intended to be released. All the necessary information will be mentioned in detail on the page of each product.
